these sessions provide a space to slow down, tune into what needs attention, and experience a field of support that's bigger than just us.

i generally offer two ritual frameworks:
1) grief ritual 
2) grief & pleasure ritual 

whichever you choose, it will be adapted based on your intentions and experience. in ritual, i meet you as a peer and help cultivate a space of unconditional love and reverence in which we can explore uncomfortable but beloved edges of our human experience.

this is a container to 

• strengthen your relationship with your heart, 
• expand your capacity to travel the waves of your emotions, 
• practice emotional vulnerability, 
• and deepen your connection to your spiritual practice / the broader web of life

i am a Reiki practitioner and support our container with this “spiritual wisdom energy” from a Japanese lineage. i'm influenced by Eastern & Buddhist traditions, animist practices, Francis Weller, the writings of Malidoma Somé, and trauma-informed therapists and somatic coaches who have supported my healing journey. 

my primary aim is creating space where we can reconnect to and heal our hearts within this culture that wounds them in so many ways.

Reiki session

the ritual sessions are very participatory: we create the experience together.

if you would like a gentler, more restful healing session, i also offer traditional Reiki.

these sessions take place in person or online. you simply sit or lie down, relax, and receive the energy. 

in person, they include hands-on or hands-off energy healing.  

online they include distance energy healing and meditation.
